In this PROMO, we are honored to welcome Alexis Black back to the show to discuss the role generational trauma has played in her own family and life. Ms. Black is a third-generation victim of generational trauma. Her family has suffered several deaths by suicide, severe mental illness, violence, and substance abuse. Rather than succumb to the cycle of trauma, Ms. Black has chosen to break that cycle and learn to heal.
