A cake or rather a treasure chest, which contains a delicious filling that makes adults and children happy, the Chocolate Mimosa Cake is truly beautiful to look at and delicious to eat! It's a simple cake to make that always looks great, despite being a very easy decoration!
Excellent as an alternative to the classic MIMOSA but also suitable for a birthday party or any occasion!
This one in particular, as you will see in the video, I made for the birthday of my dear mother who turned 84! Happy Birthday Mom β€οΈ

π‘οΈ Bake for approximately 25-30 minutes at 175Β° Static 170Β° Fan
π Ingredients: Mold 20-22 cm
For the sponge cake
4 eggs
120 g Sugar
1 tablespoon boiling water (it will help whip the eggs better)
120g 00 flour
30 g bitter cocoa
1 teaspoon Instant baking powder
For the Bath:
100 ml Coffee (replaceable with decaffeinated coffee)
80 ml Water
2 tablespoons sugar (sweeten to your personal taste)
To fill:
Nutella (or similar)
200 g Whipping cream
