Chicken "alla diavola" is a second meat dish typical of Italian cuisine.
Today we used a nice whole free-range chicken, opened in half along the breast and seasoned with a few ingredients: aromatic herbs, extra virgin olive oil, chilli, garlic and lemon.
We cooked the grilled chicken on the BBQ using a brick; even the devil went up to the terrace to taste a few bites!

The name "alla diavola" derives from the fact that abundant chilli pepper is used!
