Enjoy this yoga for backbend flexibility and mobility practice! This is a 20 minute intermediate vinyasa yoga flow. Here we will work on poses that encourage thoracic and lumbar extension mobility. We will work up to wheel pose which is a wonderful posture for connecting with your energy and with all of your chakras, but remember that this is your practice! If you are not ready for wheel pose then by all means modify!
