Whether it’s a catastrophizer, an indulger, an inner critic, a caretaker, or an isolator! Our parts always want their hands on the steering wheel of our lives! But we need to work on remaining centred. When our “bus driver” (centred self) walks away, the parts will want to play! But notice that when we come back to center, the parts KNOW they shouldn’t drive the bus!!❤️❤️
