Lime Angel Cake#recipe
Ingredients:
1. Frozen Limeade Concentrate
2. Box Angel Food Cake Mix
3. Readi or Cool Whip
4. Lime for zest
5. 13 X 9 Dish
6. Whisk
7. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees

Pour Limeade in dish ( keep frozen, will unthaw quickly).
Sift cake mix evenly over limeade. Using whisk ,Stire until cake mix is dissolved. It will become foamy and stiffen.
Bake for 50-60 minutes in pre-heated oven at 325 degrees. until top is a golden brown.
Cool . Add Readi or Cool whip. Add lims zest on top .

Has a strong lime flavor , so don't be surprised!! Enjoy .
