Creamy Cucumber Sald #recipe
Ingredients:
1. 1 Large Cucumber
2. 1 Large Tomato
3. 1 Heaping Tablespoon of Mayonnaise
4. 2 Teaspoons Red Wine Vinger
5. 1/2 teaspoon milk
6. Salt and Peppe
7. Large Mixing Bowl and whisk

Mix mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, milk, dash of salt and pepper. In large bowl, whisk together. Peel and thinly slice cucumber. Dice tomato. Whisk together until creamy. then add cucumber and tomatoes. Toss and coat cucumber and tomatoes thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes or
overnight. Enjoy!
