The Single Arm Cable Tricep Kickback is an isolation exercise that targets the triceps.

To get started:
1. Stand facing a cable machine with the pulley set at hip height. I prefer to grip the ball on the cable, rather than using a handle attachment.
2. Bend forward at the hips with a slight knee bend and hold onto a stable part of the cable machine with one hand, while holding on to the ball of the cable with the other hand, with your elbow bent.
3. With a flat back, and neutral neck, keep your upper arm stationary as your extend your arm backwards as your contract your tricep.
4. Under control, reverse the movement back to the starting position and repeat.
5. Repeat all the reps on one arm, then switch sides and repeat.
