🔔 Egg roll. (1T=rice spoon)
5 eggs, 30g green onion, 2T mirin, 1T gochujang (40g), cooking oil.

1. Chop green onion.
2. Mix 2T mirin, 1T gochujang (40g).
3. Add 5 eggs and mix.
4. Add green onion and mix.
5. Coat the pan with cooking oil and preheat.
6. Add eggs and cook over very low heat.
7. Chop.
