In part 1 of this series I did an overview of the ​⁠‪@SafetySpeedManufacturing‬ 72GP Automatic Edge Bander. In this video I show you this Edge Bander in action and show you how to adjust different setting on it. This video will also show you the finish results on some one sided prefinished maple plywood.

This tool is only second to my cnc in my shop in terms of how much it makes my shop more efficient. They really work together, the cnc cuts out all of my pieces on a nesting program called mozaik and the edge bander finishes up those cut parts.

Growing a cabinet one tool at a time can slow, but with the right tools, jobs can get pumped a lot faster and more efficiently than by hand.
