Join me on this build of a full custom kitchen cabinet job. I use the phantom CNC to cut out over 30 sheet of double sided pre finished maple 3/4” plywood through a design software called Mozaik.

From design to the CNC, I then have to edge band hundreds of parts because this particular kitchen is a frameless stile kitchen.

Oh, but I was blessed! 😁 My brand new Safetyspeed automatic edge banding machine showed up just as I was starting to cut sheets! I couldn’t have been more relieved to see it show up!

After many practice pieces I got the edge bander dialed in and it saved me so much time and effort on this job! 🙌🏾

I also got in a new product call tile gasket from a company called “Allstar CNC” that increases my vacuum tables suction by more than double.
