★This time's recipe★

[Materials]
・Unglazed nuts 60g
・25g granulated sugar
・1 tablespoon of water
・3g unsalted butter
・1 chocolate bar / about 50g
・Cocoa moderate amount
【procedure】
①To coat the unglazed nuts with caramel, put 25g of granulated sugar and 1 tablespoon of water in a frying pan and heat over medium heat.
②When the granulated sugar melts and becomes foamy, add 60g of unglazed nuts, and whisk the granulated sugar all over the nuts to evaporate the moisture.
③ When the nuts start to crystallize white, gradually increase the temperature over low heat and dissolve the crystallized granulated sugar while rolling the nuts.
④ When the whole is caramelized, add 3g of unsalted butter and let it blend in with the whole.
⑤ Transfer to a wide tray with a cooking sheet on it and cool it in the refrigerator (about 15 minutes).
⑥ Put 50g of bar chocolate in a heat-resistant bowl and heat it in a 600w microwave oven for 2-3 minutes to melt it.
⑦ Transfer the cooled nuts to another bowl and coat with melted chocolate in several batches.
⑧Finally add cocoa and mix it all together to complete.
