I've seen some homebrewers - especially beginners - worrying that they might destroy their mead if they pitch too much yeast... but is that actually something worth worrying about?
In this video series, I'll try to find out by brewing 3 traditional meads that are all identical - except for the amount of yeast I use at pitch.
