We see all throughout the brewing sphere that we are intended to rehydrate dry yeast before using them. I wanted to put this to the test! I have previously done this test, but I didn't hit all the elements I wanted to. In this test. I am testing the efficiency, taste difference and over performance of sprinkling yeast, rehydrating with water only and rehydrating with GoFerm and water. I hope you enjoy this test. Let me know what you think!
