Here is a little routine with a kind of split - it does look like a split - even though it isn’t entirely a split and does not require a that kind of flexibility. For this reason, it is good move for a little more advanced beginner to work on and challenge themselves.
The split ends in a cradle. This is an easy little transmission and I really hope you have fun with it.
This video is breaking down an easier aerial hoop flow step by step.

Adding a spin makes the whole routine very visual and looking more advanced.
