🌿 Nagasari recipe (sweet rice cake filled with banana):
. 250 g rice flour
. 50 g tapioca
. 150 g granulated sugar
. 1 tsp salt
. 1/2 tsp vanilla
. 3 kara
. 700 ml boiled water (3 packs of coconut milk @ 65ml)
Or you can use coconut milk from 1 coconut
. Several bananas (any type)
. Banana leaves for wrapping
