This video is about cassava harvest by Abi Akhdan, picking cassava leaves to make delicious food.

Cassava leaf curry recipe:
. Cassava leaves to taste
. 7 shallots
. 4 garlic
. 8 large red chilies
. 3 candlenuts
. 1/2 tsp pepper
. According to taste salt, sugar, mushroom stock
. 100 ml thick coconut milk
. to taste water
. If you want it spicy, add 5-7 cayenne peppers

Recipe for cilok (cassava starch balls) with peanut sauce:
*cilok ingredients:
(ground spices)
.4 garlic
. 1/2 tsp pepper
. 2 tsp salt
. 1 candlenut

. 200 g tapioca flour
. 300 g wheat flour
. 2 spring onions
. 550 ml water
. 1 tsp granulated sugar
. 2 tsp stock powder
*peanut sauce ingredients:
(ground spices)
. 3 garlic
. 4 shallots
. 8 large red chilies
. 3 candlenuts
. 1 tsp salt
. 5 cayenne peppers

. 200 g peanuts
. 500-700 ml of water
. 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce (optional)
. 3 kaffir lime leaves
. 5 tbsp granulated sugar
. 1 tsp mushroom stock

(taste adjusted to individual taste)
