After returning home yesterday, I arrived at the garden house and the plants were full of weeds, I tidied up a bit because I was still tired.

I pick some mustard greens, pagoda mustard greens or tatsoi, then stir-fry and other simple dishes that make rice namabah.

🌿 Red rice liwet recipe:
. 1 liter of red rice
. 3 shallots
. 2 lemongrass
. 3 bay leaves
. Salt to taste
. A little mushroom stock
. 1 tbsp cooking oil

For water, measure with your index finger, 2 knuckles above the rice.

🌿 Pagoda stir-fry recipe:
. 3 florets of pagoda mustard greens
. 250 g wood ear mushrooms
. 5 shallots
. 3 garlic
. Curly chili
. 1 tomato
. Sugar, salt, mushroom stock

🌿Katokkon chili paste chili paste recipe:
. About 12 katokkon chilies / Toraja chilies (according to taste)
. 3 tomatoes
. 7 shallots
. 1/2 pack of red shrimp paste
. Mushroom broth salt sugar
