What do I do when the temperature drops only 4 degrees during this TEXAS fall? MAKE POZOLE 😂🍵🍃🍂

I know there are MANY ways to prepare pozole, but here is my QUICK way 😍 it’s so delicious everyone will think you spent days preparing it😙🧑🏻‍🍳


Ingredients:
2 poblano peppers
6 green tomatillos
2 jalapeños
1/2 white Onion
1 tsp Mexican oregano
1 tbsp Knorr Chicken bouillon
1 garlic clove
2 30z cans white hominy
2 Bay leaves
Salt to your liking
Handful of Cilantro
Chicken broth
3 lbs chicken breasts
