🔔 Steamed Cucumber. (1T=rice spoon)
2 cucumbers (450g), 1T salt (10g), 1T rice flour (20g), 1T raw soybean powder (20g), 1/3T minced garlic (3g), 1/3T salt, 1T sesame oil, 1T sesame seeds.

✨ Steamed Cucumber. (Refer to the video for the detailed recipe.)
1. Slice the cucumber.
2. Add 1T salt (10g) to the cucumber and mix. Let sit for 30 minutes.
3. After 30 minutes, drain the cucumber.
4. Mix the cucumber, 1T rice flour (20g), and 1T raw soybean powder (20g).
5. When the water boils in the steamer, put a cotton cloth on it and put the cucumbers on it. Close the lid and steam on high heat for 4 minutes.
6. Spread it in a sieve and let it cool completely. 7. Grind the sesame seeds.
8. Mix the cucumber, 1/3T (3g) minced garlic, 1/3T salt, and 1T sesame oil.
9. Add the sesame seeds and mix.
