Build over the 4 working sets to a ""heavy"" set of 5. This should be a 7-8 RPE
1x10 No lock out back squat
at 42% of your 1rm.

3 Max effort sets of bench press RPE 9
These should be @ 50-55%, the goal is to get between 15-20 reps. You should not go to failure, but you should be close.
Rest 2:00 between sets

2-3 sets:
10-12 Seated DB press RPE 6-7
12-15 Side delt raise
12-15 Bent over DB flys
rest :90 and repeat

Wide grip Pull-up
DB Fly
Hammer curl
Move through with minimal rest between sets

50 BB strict press
