Shoulder, triceps workout that you will love!

Hey team! Back at it with some strength. Now this first exercise is wonderful to BUILD THAT RAW power, since you are going from a dead stop and cant use any type of momentum at all! I give some details on the set up if you don't have the safety bars to just lay it on. GET HEAVY!!

Go right in to blowing out those arms and getting that blood in, so when it comes to the end of pulling and carrying you really have to dig down deep for it. Yes its hard, but it is worth it!!!
