Spent the afternoon biking through the valley behind St. Mary's Hospital in Camrose, Alberta. We biked from Jubilee Park to Harry Andreassen Diamond. Part way through we went through a unique little train trestle bridge just before climbing a rather large hill out of the valley. From there it was a hop, skip and a jump to the Harry Andreassen Diamond. I really enjoyed this trail. I've spent most of my life on very flat ground so it gave me the opportunity to practice using the bike gears appropriately to climb hills and glide easily down them.
