I also express how you can learn more about self-sabotage, how it may show up in your own life and SMART steps you can take to eliminate self-sabotaging behaviors. People with trauma in their background are more likely to struggle with self-sabotaging tendencies, by gaining a better understanding of it you can live your best most proactive and fulfilling life.
