MATERA CAKE INGREDIENTS:
2 eggs
130 gr of sugar
Zest of 1 lemon or orange
1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
80 cc of oil
180 g of self-rising flour or (common or all-purpose flour + 2 teaspoons of baking powder)
Quince to taste
Walnuts to taste (use a handful)
