LAKSA SIGLAP
500g of boiled king mackerel
600ml of coconut milk
300ml of thick coconut milk
2 tablespoon of coriander powder
1 tablespoon of fennel powder
1 tablespoon of turmeric powder
15pcs of dried chillies
12pcs of small red onions
4pcs of garlic
3cm of shrimp paste
2cm of ginger
2pcs of galangal
2 stick of lemongrass
1/2 coconut for making Kerisik
Vietnamese coriander leaves
Basil leaves
Cucumber
5pcs of red chili's and salt for the sauce
