In this 20 Minute shadow boxing workout, we do HIIT. Expect 1 minute combination intervals followed by boxing drills & explosive leg exercises to work your FULL BODY.

Shadow Boxing is a total body cardio & conditioning workout that you can do at home, at the gym, outside, or anywhere - it's one of my favorite ways to workout.

Please have water & a towel nearby; you will sweat!
