This is a shadow boxing HIIT workout to sweat and burn full body calories without jumping (plus workout bonus finisher at the end)! This is the fastest way to get results and it's low impact!

This is one of my favorite workouts to teach - you'll burn fat, burn calories, get strong, feel fit & really badass. Shadow Boxing is a total body cardio workout that you can do at home, at the gym, outside, or anywhere. Please have water & a towel nearby; you will sweat!
