CHICKEN GOLA KABAB
• Chicken thigh 500grams (Remove all excess chicken water for 1-2 hour)
• Add ginger garlic green chilli paste (removed all excess water) , 1 tablespoon paste of each.
• Add fried onion 4 tablespoon/ 1 cup
• Add gram flour 1 tablespoon
INGREDIENTS:-
• 1 tablespoon Cashew nut powder
• 1 Teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon Kashmiri powder(non spicy)
• 1 teaspoon ginger powder (saunt)
• 1 teaspoon coriander powder
• 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
• 1 teaspoon cumin powder
• 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
• 1 teaspoon chaat masala powder
• 1/4 teaspoon green cardamon powder
• Add 1 tablespoon butter and above ingredients Add into chicken and chop till fine paste.
• Keep charcoal on burner give smoke to the Chicken paste as needed.
• Keep pan for heat on medium flame add 4 tablespoon oil to it.
• Make chicken gola Kabab
• Fry chicken gola one side 3-4 mins one side and another side 3-4 mins.
• In another pan add 1 tablespoon of oil on high flame, add sliced onion and add cooked gola to pan.
• Now dish out with green chutney and sliced onion.
