PANEER AND CHEESE PARATHA
• Take Wheat flour 1 cups (250 gr)
• Add Maida 1 cups (200 gr)
• Add Salt 1/2 Teaspoons
• Add Oil 2 Teaspoons and make soft dough and keep side
• Make filling
• Paneer 200 gr grated into bowl
• Parmesan cheese 2 cubes grated into another bowl
• Take pan heat and put
• Oil 2 Tablespoons
• Add Cumin seeds 1/2 Teaspoons
• Add 1 big onion chopped and Cooked till Onions Change pink Colour
• Add 3 Green Chilli Cut Small pieces
• Add Salt Cook for 1 minutes
• Add Coriander leaves
• Add Paneer and Cheese and mix well Remove pan from flame and make paneer and cheese mixture Room temperature and make 4 parts of paneer and cheese mixer
• Take Wheat dough makes 4 parts and make deep ball with hand and put filling of paneer and cheese and make balls and make paratha
• Heat flame on medium high keep Tawa and put paratha Roast 1 minutes and put Ghee upon Paratha then flip another side and again put Ghee upon paratha Cook for 1 minutes
• Serve with Green Chutney or ketchup
