Well, May was definitely the month that I fell head-over-heels in love w/ the music/story of Disney's "Aladdin" again! :D My amazing bestie, Chase White, treated me to see the SPECTACULAR Broadway musical production of Disney's "Aladdin" at the Eccles Theater in SLC on May 11th (what an unforgettable night)!! :O And then 2 weeks later, Chase & I went w/ our delightful friend, JennyLynn Meek, to see Disney's THRILLING new live-action film of "Aladdin" in Lehi on May 25th (we loved it)!! ♥

So, since everyone seems to be in the "Aladdin" spirit these days, I decided to record myself playing this little piano solo of "Arabian Nights" (composed by the one-&-only Alan Menken) while performing background dinner music at Simon's Restaurant (at Homestead Resort in Midway) two nights ago (on June 1st)! ♪♪ Thx so much to my friend, Lacey Pedersen (the restaurant manager), for filming! ^_^ Oh, & I wore a purple shirt & red suspenders (cuz Aladdin wears a purple vest & a red belt/hat)! ;)
