The 20 minute routine will have 20 different moves we change the move every 60 seconds. This is a no music walking workout with a beautiful view of Joshua Tree National Park. This is appropriate as a Beginner cardio routine. A great routine to get a little bit of low impact, lower heart rate cardio and also focus on making positive changes within ourselves.
