It was a really dusty, gloomy day. Rather than having good three meals, I snacked all day while baking. After so much snacking, my stomach was craving something spicy and hearty so I cooked up some gochujang jjigae with Korean zucchini. I was trying out a recipe that’s been trending lately, and I really enjoyed it.
