Longganisa (w/o casing) 500 gms

Dough
Water 1 Cup
Seasoning Granules 8 gms
Annatto Oil 3 Tbsp
Rice Flour 200 gms
Third-Class Flour 30 gms
Cooking Oil for dough dipping
Cooking Oil for frying as needed
Fresh Egg 1 Pc/empanada
