This restaurant introduces the unique 3-step hotstone grill concept from Korea, making it a standout addition to the city's culinary scene.

At the core of Bulgogi Syo's dining experience is a three-part cooking process: Sear, Torch, and Flambé.

The process begins with searing meats on a sizeable, Korean-imported hot-stone pan, locking in the juices and flavors. This is followed by the torching step, where a large blowtorch, also known as the "Fire Blaster," is used to char the meat at extremely high temperatures. Finally, the Flambé step adds theatrical flair to the dining experience.

Selected "Syo Specials" are flambeed right at your table, enhancing both the presentation and the taste of the dish.
