 Recipe for Oats, Nuts & Dates Sugar-Free Laddu


Ingredients:

1 /2 cup rolled oats

1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts,pishtasho)

1 cup kimia  dates

2 tbsp flaxseed powder 

1 tbsp ghee (clarified butter)

1 tsp cinnamon powder 


Instructions


1. Roast the Oats and Nuts:

   - Heat a pan on medium flame and dry roast the oats until they turn slightly golden and emit a nutty aroma. Remove and set aside.

   - In the same pan, dry roast the mixed nuts until they are slightly browned. Let them cool.


2. Blend the Ingredients:

   - In a blender or food processor, add the roasted oats, and Nuts. Blend until you get a coarse mixture. The dates will help bind the mixture together.


3. Cook the dates 

in the same pan add ghee then add dates cook till dates become soften after that add flaxseed powder and cinnamon powder then add Nuts powder. Mix all untill well combined well.

   - Transfer the mixture to a bowl.  Mix well until everything is combined.


4. Shape the Laddus:

   - Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls (laddus) using your hands. 


5. Serve and Store:

   - Your sugar-free oats, nuts, and dates laddus are ready to be enjoyed! Store them in an airtight container. They can be kept at room temperature for a few days or refrigerated for longer shelf life.
