BAKED OATS - NO SUGAR, NO FLOUR, NO OIL, NO BUTTER
Whether you want to have breakfast or dessert; this healthy recipe is 2-in-1.
Method-
take 125 gm oats (1 cup)
add 1.5 tbs cocoa powder
add 1 tsp baking powder
add 1 tsp vanilla essence
add 180 ml milk (if vegan can use any other plant based milk too)
add 2 large size ripe bananas
churn everything in a mixie
pour this batter in a baking safe container (I used ramekin moulds)
sprinkle some choco chips or choice of nuts on top
if baking on a gas, bake it for 20 min
if baking in an OTG oven then 180 degree for 15 minutes is sufficient
that's it, enjoy when its warm
