Howdy! This was my very first build (as you can tell from the multiple screw ups). I burned a section of pine with a cross cutout, then added epoxy in the center to create some wall art.

TOP TIPS:
1). Burn wood evenly on each side and flip often to keep it from warping or cracking.
2). Apply MULTIPLE coats of epoxy on the burned wood before flooding to seal the wood.
