In this video I show you an super easy smoked chili recipe! This over the top chili is not only super easy to make but it is also absolutely delicious! I will include the ingredients down below but if you have a chili recipe that you like just follow that! I use my Oklahoma Joe's Bronco Pro for this cook and having 2 separate levels really makes this chili easy to cook! So chili to me is one of those meals that is better when it's cold out and i'll have to admit that growing up if we had chili it would be in the crock pot. But let me tell you that once you make this chili on a smoker you'll have a hard time crock potting it ever again! Recipe

- 1/2 Onion
- 1 Green Pepper
- 2 Pounds Ground Beef(Season To Your Liking)
- 2 Cans Beef Consommé
- 3 - 10.75 oz cans Tomato Paste
- 2 Cans Rotelle
- 2 - 16oz Cans Red Kidney Beans(Rinsed)
- 1 - 16oz Jar Of Salsa
- 1 TBSP A1
- 2 TBSP Worcestershire

Spices

- 1/4 Cup Chili Powder
- 3 TBSP Tailgaters BBQ Party Rub
- 1 TBSP Basil
- 1 TBSP Cumin
