In this weeks video I show you how to cook up some Hot Beef Sandwiches! This recipe is the same recipe I use for Mississippi Pot Roast and if you're a fan of hot beef sandwiches I highly suggest you give this recipe a shot! I use my 18" WSM and B and B Oak briquettes for the fuel and ran the cooker in between 275-300F for the entire cook. The flavor you get with cooking directly over coals really gives the hot beef sandwiches a nice subtle smokey flavor! If you don't have the time to do it on the grill just use this recipe in your crock pot. 8-10 hours on low and 4-6 hours on high! Thanks for watching!

Hot Beef Sandwiches Ingredients

- 3-4 pound chuck roast
- Tailgaters BBQ Party Rub
- 1 packet of Hidden Valley Ranch Mix
- 1 Packet of Au Jus
- 1 Jar of Peperoncinis
- 1 Can of Beef Consomme
- B and B Oak Briquettes
- 18" Weber Smokey Mountain
