In this video, i'll take you through some different set ups in the ‪@OklahomaJoesSmokers‬ Bronco Drum Smoker!

In the first set up, i'll take you through how to set the smoker up for smoking. We've had this smoker last 14 hours off of a full charcoal basket. It's a really efficient and stable smoker when set up for smoking meat and I like to control my temperatures by using the intake vent for adjustments only.

The second set up is for searing, so if you are doing a quick cook or want to reverse sear a steak, you can set up for a sear very quickly!

The third set up we'll go through hanging. This is such an awesome way to cook, whether it's a tomahawk steak, lamb shanks, pork ribs or whatever else you want to cook, hanging direct over coals gives a beautiful flavour!
You can hang up to 9 racks of ribs! How good is that!
