SOUP RECIPES AND INGREDIENTS:

RECIPE 1 - Potato Soup:
1 onion.
Olive oil.
Fry the onion for 3-5 minutes.
1 carrot.
We rub on a grater.
Add carrots.
Mix.
Green peppers, red peppers, yellow peppers.
Cook covered for 10 minutes over medium heat.
3 potatoes.
Add potatoes.
Water 1.2L / 6 cups.
Cook covered for 10 minutes over medium heat.
Parsley, Mint, Salt, Black Pepper.
2 eggs.
Natural yoghurt 100 gr. / 1/2 cup.
Vermicelli 50g.
Cover and cook on medium heat for 12 minutes.
Add 2 more cups of water.
While the soup is cooking, let's prepare an appetizer!
Baguette.
Salt, Herbs de Provence, Red Pepper, Dried Garlic.
Olive oil.
Parmesan.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 10-15 minutes.
Add parsley and mint.
Add some broth to the egg mixture.

Mix well.

RECIPE 2 - Zucchini Soup:
5-7 potatoes.
Cook for 10-12 minutes.
1 onion.
Olive oil.
Fry for 3-4 minutes.
1 carrot.
Fry for 5-7 minutes.
2-3 zucchini.
Cook for 10-12 minutes.
Water 700ml / 2.5 cups.
Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes.
Add parsley, 5 minutes.
Bread.
I love crunchy snacks!
Olive oil.
Fry on both sides.
The soup is ready! Cooling!
1-2 tomatoes.
Garlic. Salt. Black pepper.
Mix well with a hand mixer.

1 broccoli.
Green peas 300 gr. / 2 cups.

Salt 1 tablespoon or to taste.
Cook for 7-10 minutes.
Add fried vegetables.
Vegetable or chicken stock 500 ml / 2-3 cups.
Black pepper.
Cook for 5-7 minutes.
4 eggs.
1 teaspoon vinegar.
Bring to a boil and cook for 8 minutes.
Bread.
Let's make delicious croutons.
Salt, Black Pepper, Herbes de Provence.
Paprika, Dried Garlic, Olive Oil.
Mix well!
Bake for 10 minutes at 180C or 360F.
Pertushka.
Peel and cut the eggs.
