Recipes and ingredients:
Recipe 1:
1 onion.
1 bunch of celery.
1 carrot.
1 red pepper.
1 pepper.
2 garlic.
3 potatoes.
flour 2 tablespoons.
Vegetable broth 200 ml / 1 cup.
Add another 1.5 liters / 7 cups of broth and mix well.
Cover with a lid and cook for 10 minutes.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Mix well.
Noodles 100 gr / 1/2 cup.
Dried Parsley.
2 bay leaves, parsley

Recipe 2:
1 onion.
1 carrot.
Green Pepper.
Red pepper.
Yellow pepper.
3 potatoes.
Water 1.2L / 6 cups.
parsley, salt.
Black pepper.
Mix.
2 eggs.
Natural yoghurt 100 gr. / 1/2 cup.
Vermicelli 50g.

Recipe 3:
1 red onion.
3 sticks of celery.
2 small carrots
2 potatoes.
2 sweet potatoes.
Water 1.2 liters / 6 glasses.
Vegetable broth 1 liter / 5 cups.
1 broccoli.
1 zucchini.

Recipe 4:
2 onions.
2 carrots.
3 potatoes.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Broccoli 250 gr.
1 tomato.
parsley, cream 200 ml/1 glass.

Recipe 5:
Leek.
Celery.
1 cauliflower.
Turmeric.
Vegetable broth 1 liter.
Mushrooms 10 pcs.
Salt.
Black pepper.
flour 1 tablespoon.
soy sauce 2 tablespoons.
Mix well.
Blend finely with a blender.
soy sauce 2 tablespoons.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Soy cream 250 ml.
olive oil 2 tablespoons.
Add parsley to the soup.

Recipe 6:
1 onion.
30 grams of butter.
1 carrot.
Potatoes 350 gr.
Broccoli 2 small or 1 large.
water 1.5 liters.
salt 1 tablespoon.
Nutmeg.
Bring to a boil and cook for 30 minutes.

4-5 potatoes.

1 broccoli.
Green peas 300 gr. / 2 cups.
Salt 1 tablespoon or to taste.
Cook for 7-10 minutes.
Vegetable or chicken stock 500 ml / 2-3 cups.
Black pepper.
Cook for 5-7 minutes.
4 eggs.
1 teaspoon vinegar.
Bring to a boil and cook for 8 minutes.
