The 10th graders at VIS Experimental High School participated in the VISnacks project this school semester. They were in charge of preparing snacks to hand out at the exhibition. At the beginning of the PBL semester, students were introduced to chemistry and animation. They focused on how they could create food with chemistry and portray that chemical reaction with animations. In this project, students went through the process of learning how to cook, animate, and how to create and research recipes!

VIS 10年級的學生本學期參加了VISnacks,負責準備點心在展會上分發。在學期開始時,學生認識了化學和動畫製作。他們專注於如何用化學創造食物,並用動畫描繪這種化學反應。在這個項目中,學生經歷了學習如何烹飪、製作動畫以及如何創建和研究食譜的過程。

PBL is a learning method that offers students knowledge that is not in textbooks. It is exceptionally different than traditional education. Students are not only gaining knowledge from textbooks but also experiencing things on their own. PBL allows students to learn and practice essential collaboration and communication skills. Students are able to cooperate with many people with different personalities.

PBL作為一種可以為學生提供教科書上沒有的知識的學習方法與傳統教育截然不同。學生不僅能從課本中獲取知識,也能夠親身體驗事物。 PBL 讓學生學習和練習基本的協作和溝通技巧。學生能夠與許多不同性格的人合作。
