Stuffing for 6 Manicotti shells

One 15 ounce ricotta cheese
3 eggs
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Mix together
Put in piping bag, set aside

Put shells in boiling water
Cook for 7 minutes
Drain

Put some sauce in a 6x6 pan
Fill each manicotti with cheese mixture
Set them in saucepan. Cover with remaining
Sauce. Cover with aluminum foil. Put in preheated
Oven for 30 minutes, uncover, put cheese on top
Put back in oven for an other 15 minutes. Check the
Shells, by sticking a knife into them.
