Delicious Greek Moussaka with Bechamel
Ingredients as added
4 eggplant
4 peppers
3 potatoes
2 large onions
To make the sauce
2 tablespoons of oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
3 tablespoons vinegar
2 and ½ cups of tomato juice
Salt, to taste
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon sugar
To prepare the meat filling
2 tablespoons of oil
½ kilo minced meat
Salt, to taste
½ teaspoon black pepper
To make the Bechamel
2 tablespoons of oil
1 large cube of butter
3 tablespoons flour
2 and ½ cups of milk
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
A pinch of nutmeg
Arrange the ingredients inside the tray
Bechamel - Eggplant - Potatoes - Peppers - Sauce - Meat filling - Potatoes - Eggplant - Sauce - Bechamel - Mozzarella cheese
