My version of Trini Pink Salmon. I like to eat this with rice and dhal or with fry bake :) Hope you enjoy the recipe.
Ingredients:
1 can of pink salmon
1/2 of an onion, chopped finely
a few cloves of garlic, chopped finely or grated
a hot pepper
some ketchup
salt and pepper to taste
1 scallion
1 tsp of green seasoning or chopped shadon beni (bandanya)
