SHOPPING LIST (Updated from video)
150ml Oil
1kg Chicken Thighs. Boneless Skinless
600g Onions (pre boiled and blended)
100g Red pepper diced
150g Yellow pepper diced
150g - Red split lentils (Rinsed)
3 Tbsp Garlic/Ginger
2.5 Tbsp Bassar Mix/Mild Madras Curry Powder
2 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
1/2 Tsp Turmeric
2 Tsp Tandoori Masala Powder
1 Star Anise
1 Tsp Kasuri Methi
1.1/4 Tsp Salt ( To Taste)
Small Piece Cinnamon stick
6 cardamom pods
3 Tbsp Mango Chutney
2 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup
Tinned Pineapple chunks (your own desired amount from the tin.)
3 Tbsp of the Pineapple Juice

6 Tbsp Tomato Puree mix with water
2 Tsp Hot Chilli Powder
2 Tsp Bright Red Kashmiri Chilli Powder

600ml Boiling Water (Onion Water)
Coriander to Garnish
Squirt Lemon juice
1/4 Tsp Naga Oil (From Naga Paste)

Add extra water for desired consistency at the end.
