Baked pasta with meatballs, one of the most traditional Italian dishes that brighten our tables for Sunday lunch. My grandmother often cooked this delicious recipe and every time I prepare it there is always a lot of joy because it makes me think of the best moments spent in the family when we all gathered together to have lunch, chat and be in good company.
Baked pasta with meatballs is also one of my grandkids' favorite dishes, children love this recipe. My grandmother used to make it for me, and now I am making it for my grandchildren!
Cooking is a great treasure full of memories and emotions.
This recipe is actually very simple and also quick to make, in the video I show you how to prepare meatballs in 2 ways: using a pastry bag and scissors or, for a more perfect shape, the classic hand-rolled meatballs.
Simple tomato sauce, grated parmesan, provola cheese or mozzarella and immediately in the oven to make that inviting and delicious crust that everyone always likes!

500 g rigatoni pasta
1,5 L tomato
1 onion
1 carrot
basil
oil, salt
500 g minced veal / beef
4 eggs
120 g breadcrumbs
80 g parmesan
150 g provola cheese or mozzarella
