Vegetarian lasagna as good as classic lasagna! Good morning friends today we are thinking of making a very simple and fast but above all light recipe, without meat, which we can use as an excellent light and tasty alternative, low in calories, compared to the classic Bolognese lasagna that we all know and love! Whether you are a vegetarian or you want a light but at the same time delicious first course, I recommend you try these lasagna with vegetables.
My family really liked them so much and I tell you a secret, half a pan that was left over, I put it in an aluminum pan and I froze it. When we feel like it or have little time to cook, just put it back in the oven and it will be as freshly made!
RECIPE
About 200 g of lasagna
250 - 300 g of prepared basil tomato sauce
400 g mozzarella
3 carrots
2 eggplants
4 courgettes
1 / onion
500 g tomatoes
500 g bechamel
extra virgin olive oil
salt
